Types of Transformational Breath® Sessions
Individual Transformational Breath® sessions start with a time devoted to clarifying the clients needs and intentions. All aspects of body, mind and spirit are addressed to assist the client’s path toward wholeness, purpose and integrity. The active part of the session includes the teaching of the technique and a brief breathing analysis.
