Congratulations on booking your free Breath Analysis! 

This is a live consultation with a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator. So you will need to prepare a few things ahead of time.

First you will need access to zoom either on your phone or computer. During the breath analysis itself the facilitator will observe how you breathe when you are relaxed. This means you will need to lie down on a flat surface, preferably not too soft, on the floor on a yoga mat or carpet would be ideal, a pillow for your head is fine so you are comfortable. 

Wear comfortable clothes, nothing that restricts your breathing, specially your abdomen.  Anything you would normally wear to the gym would be ideal: workout clothes, sweat pants or yoga pants are perfect.

The facilitator will need to be able to observe how you breathe so you will need to place your computer or phone on a tripod or surface where it won't fall down so you can relax and breathe.

During the analysis your facilitator will tell you what she observes and what it means.  The analysis itself will take about 5 minutes and then you will have about 10 minutes to ask questions.
