The importance of how we breathe should be obvious to us all, yet we tend to take it for granted. However, now there is more and more research being done on how even small changes on how we breathe can have huge impact in our lives.

Transformational Breath® is a complete self healing system using conscious breathing to facilitate improved well-being, inner peace and greater joy in life. It is unique from other forms of Breathwork.

It works by facilitating the natural healing process for all types of trauma, is beneficial in maintaining or gaining greater physical, mental and spiritual health. Transformational Breath® also uses other supportive modalities such as toning, hands on and breathing analysis.

Developed by Judith Kravitz over 4 decades ago, the technique is currently present in 52 countries and taught in 12 languages.


Our events are a great way to learn about Transformational Breath®! You can chose anywhere from a two hour introductory workshop to a 6 day Seminar where you can learn to self-facilitate your Transformational Breath® sessions.

Event Types

During our two hour workshops, you will learn about  the power of the breath and how it impacts your health on 3 levels: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. 

Participate actively in your healing process, learn to shift restrictive breathing patterns, experience a full Transformational Breath® session, obtain tools to manage stress, find peace, increase energy levels and well being.

Is a 6-day Personal Transformation Program that covers Levels I, II and III. This Program provides a powerful venue for rapid healing and personal transformation of the physical, mental / emotional, and spiritual aspects of one’s being. Amazing shifts in health, awareness and well-being are experienced by using the breath and other powerful modalities.

Experience ten full sessions and also start the mornings with a short breathing and meditation exercise. The rest of the time study the theory behind the Transformational Breath® practice and work with other supportive modalities that help the process. The supportive modalities, help us work with our conscious thoughts and ideas, improve our communication skills and help us see beyond the conflicts of our lives.

One of the main goals of the Seminar is to empower everyone to work on their own. At the end of the training you will be able to self-facilitate your sessions and continue with your process individually. We explore the body mapping chart and how to work with your own body, so that everyone can have access to this powerful self healing tool.

Level IV-A: Is the first part of the Transformational Breath® Certified Facilitator Training. During this seven day training you will develop the skills to work with individual clients; body mapping, breathing analysis, psycho-spiritual counseling, significant areas integrated by transformational breath, the dynamics of a Transformational Breath® session, the role of the facilitator, among others. At the same time, you will go deeper in your own process by strengthening your daily practice, understanding of miracle consciousness and learning to observe your reflection in the people around you. You will have a daily breathing exercise and a full facilitated session. The best way to learn Transformational Breath® is by practicing the technique, this is a hands on training where everything will be explained and then practiced under the guidance of the staff.

This is a week of profound transformation and empowerment where you will be fully immersed in the deep knowledge needed to work with yourself and others with this powerful self-healing tool.

Level IV-B: Is the second part of the Transformational Breath® Certified Facilitator Training. During this seven day training you will deepen the knowledge of the facilitation techniques, learn the advanced breathing analysis techniques. Learn and practice the enlightened coaching skills that would lead to the expansion of intuitive capabilities, accelerated personal growth and evolution through the reflective process that you will learn for yourself and your clients.

At the end you will have the knowledge skills and application of Transformational Breath® on a professional level, this training will guide you in the firsts steps of creating your own professional practice.

Teacher’s Training Program: Beyond the Facilitator / Coach Training Program, a highly experiential and definitely life-changing Teacher Training is offered in Level V. Consisting of a 7-day intensive Training, plus a Co-Training Apprenticeship. This Program emphasizes teaching from a place of Mission and developing Spiritual leadership, along with presenting skills, material organization, and specifics on teaching breath groups.
